چکیده
To balance the water demands of different departments and produce a win–win result for reservoir operation, series conflict-resolution methods have been developed to define socio-optimal operation strategy specific conflict problems. However, given inherent uncertainty brought by climate change, compromised strategies selected can vary. Therefore, quantifying impacts change on decision characteristics help address questions about whether decisions are sustainable unforeseen changes. In this study, Yangtze River is regarded as study area. As world-class hydropower project located midstream River, Three Gorges Hydroelectric Power Station transfer plenty energy into electricity. alleviate ecological shortage caused balanced considering two needs be studied. context hydropower-environmental management, behaviors fuzzy social choice four game-theoretical bargaining under 25 kinds future scenarios analyzed. Comparing selection results period (2021–2082) shows that in all proposed scenarios, Nash method, alternating offer unanimity fallback method more stable than other studied methods, which means affects these three slightly. addition, could formulate adaptable policies would satisfy interests environmental stakeholders equally, avoid very low satisfaction level individual stakeholder whole water-conflict year. against background an increasing demand protection, provide economic benefits resource management.

Assessing Climate Change Impacts on Global Hydropower
Currently, hydropower accounts for close to 16% of the world’s total power supply and is the world’s most dominant (86%) source of renewable electrical energy. The key resource for hydropower generation is runoff, which is dependent on precipitation. The future global climate is uncertain and thus poses some risk for the hydropower generation sector. The crucial question and challenge then is w...
متن کاملHydropower Relicensing and Climate Change
Hydropower represents approximately 20% of the world’s energy supply, is viewed as both vulnerable to global climate warming and an asset to reduce climate-altering emissions, and is increasingly the target of improved regulation to meet multiple ecosystem service benefits. It is within this context that the recent decision by the United States Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to reject stu...
متن کاملUncertainty Investigation of Precipitation and Temperature Scenarios for the Sira Basin under Climate Change Impact
Results of assessment of the future climate change impacts is associated with some uncertainties. Considering the range of uncertainties increases reliability of the results. In this study, climate change impacts on daily precipitation, maximum and minimum temperature of Sira basin are assessed using LARS-WG model, for 2036-65 period. Accordingly, uncertainty of new emissions scenarios (RCP2.6،...

متن کاملAssessing the Vulnerability of Eco-Environmental Health to Climate Change
There is an urgent need to assess the vulnerability of eco-environmental health to climate change. This paper aims to provide an overview of current research, to identify knowledge gaps, and to propose future research needs in this challenging area. Evidence shows that climate change is affecting and will, in the future, have more (mostly adverse) impacts on ecosystems. Ecosystem degradation, p...
